Кароче пробуйте так....
1-ый способ Удалите Этот файл hosts и Релог PC... если не помогает...
то 2-ой способ.. Заходим так же туда.. создаем обратно файл hosts Если его нету..
Заходишь в :
C:\Windows\System32\Drivers\etc
Открываешь файл host. ПРОСТЫМ БЛОКНОТОМ
Нажимаешь CTRL + A
Удаляешь все, и кидаешь туда :

Сохраняешь, заходишь на VK.com

Undisp, нет. В самом файле все норм. Нету лишних строчек, просто когда очищаеш hosts от вируса, он обратно возвращается.
Есть утилита какя то, она сразу удаляет и он не возвращаеться.. Но я привык просто сразу захожиу в C:\Windows\System32\Drivers\etc и удаля hosts и все норм, до следущего Релога пК
